Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, handling and transaction between JoyRo Medical Pedicure and the client to which JoyRo Medical Pedicure has declared these Terms and Conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not expressly deviated from these Terms and Conditions in writing.

 

Efforts
JoyRo Medical Pedicure will carry out the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship and also according to the code of the Foot Caregiver. JoyRo will inform the client as much as reasonably possible about the financial consequences of the change or addition of the treatment.

 

Appointments
The client must notify JoyRo of being unable to make an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client does not fulfill this obligation or does not comply in time, JoyRo may charge the client the entire fee for the agreed treatment. The cancellation can be made by telephone, email or Whatsapp. If the client arrives at the practice more than five minutes later than the agreed time, JoyRo may shorten the lost time on the treatment and still calculate the entire agreed fee.
JoyRo must notify the client of being unable to make an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Both parties do not have to comply with this obligation if they are hindered by force majeure. Force majeure includes what the law and jurisprudence say about this.
In short:
Appointments that are not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged in full by means of an invoice or payment request.

 

Payment
JoyRo Medical Pedicure ists all prices of treatment and products visible via the website. The reported prices include VAT. Offers in advertisements are valid during the indicated term and/or while stocks last.
Immediately after the treatment, the client must pay for the treatment and any products in cash or by debit card. If the payment is made as agreed in advance via an invoice, the client must transfer the full amount within 14 days to bank account NL89KNAB0256543127 in the name of JoyRo Medical Pedicure in Rotterdam, stating the full invoice number.

 

Non Payment
In the event of late or non-payment, JoyRo will send you a payment reminder, and in the event of further non-payment, JoyRo will hand over its claim to a collection agency, whereby all additional costs will be charged to you at least € 35.00.

 

Personal data and privacy
The client provides JoyRo Medical Pedicure with all data (including medical data/diseases), which JoyRo indicates are necessary or which the client should reasonably understand to be necessary for the careful execution of the treatments. JoyRo records the client’s personal data in an automated system. JoyRo handles the confidential data of the client according to the guidelines in the General Data Protection Regulation. JoyRo will not sell or rent client data to third parties without the prior written consent of the client.

 

Confidentiality
JoyRo Medical Pedicure is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information that the client has communicated during the treatment. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the client or if this results from the nature of the information. Confidentiality lapses if, on the basis of a legal provision or a court decision, JoyRo is obliged to provide the confidential information to third parties.

 

Liability/Damage and Theft
JoyRo is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by JoyRo relying on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical disorders, drug use, work or leisure activities. JoyRo is not liable for damage to personal property that the client has taken to the practice. JoyRo is insured for legal liability and is affiliated with the disputes committee via the trade association Provoet.
JoyRo has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products. JoyRo always reports theft to the police.

 

Complaints
If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product, this must be reported in writing to Joyro must provide the complainant with an adequate answer within five working days. If a complaint is justified, JoyRo will perform the treatment again as agreed, unless this has become demonstrably pointless for the client and the client makes this known in writing.

 

The warranty expires if:
The client has used products other than those advised by Joyro.
The client has not followed the advice.
The client has not followed up the referral to other disciplines (including general practitioner, podiatrist) within two working days.
The client has not used the products in accordance with the instructions for use.

 

Behavior
The client must behave in practice according to generally accepted standards (it is not allowed to consume food or drink during a treatment). If the client continues to show inappropriate behavior after repeated warnings, JoyRo has the right to refuse the client access to the practice without stating reasons.

 

Law
Dutch law applies to every agreement between JoyRo Medical Pedicure and the client. In the event of an explanation of the content and purport of these general Terms and Conditions, the Dutch text thereof is always decisive. The most recently filed version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement is always applicable.
