Appointments that are not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged in full by means of an invoice or payment request.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming price increase. Due to significant rises in the costs of materials, rent and energy, we are required to adjust our prices accordingly. This adjustment will be take effect on January 1, 2025.

After careful consideration, we have concluded that our current prices are not sufficient to cover these increased costs. Therefore, we are compelled to implement these necessary changes.

Ruby works with great pleasure, passion and pride, and we truly appreciate that you continue to choose JoyRo for your visits. The updated prices will be visible on our website and through the booking system.

Additionally, I would like to inform you that I will undergo shoulder surgery on my left shoulder in the last week of January 2025. 

We kindly ask for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you at your next visit.

We regret to inform you that currently we DON”T EXCEPT bookings through our website. Due to many requests for bookings, it is NOT possible to request a booking. Due to the phasing out of services in 2025, I am no longer accepting new cliënt.
